What we store

Your email address and account details, used to sign you in.
Your purchase reference, used to confirm your access.
Your quiz answers, saved plans and task progress.

We don't sell your data and don't use third-party AI services on your data inside this app. Payments happen on an external sales platform; we never receive your card details.

Retention and deletion (proposed)

Account and app data: kept while needed to provide your purchased access. We don't remove accounts just for inactivity.
Deletion requests: email us from your account address. Once verified, we aim to remove your account data from active systems within 30 days, unless a legal exception applies. Deletion removes your saved plans, progress and access.
Activation invitations: unneeded records removed within about 90 days after expiry or use.
Support emails: kept up to 12 months after your case closes, unless needed for a legal obligation or dispute.
Purchase and accounting records: kept only for the period required by law [Owner to supply: period to be confirmed].
Backups and service-provider logs follow our providers' schedules, so deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time before expiring.
